Being born into a horse racing family, my first encounter with a veterinarian was when I was very young. I marveled at his vehicle filled with ointments, medicines, syringes and all the new and strange smells. I could not imagine that there could be a better profession than an equine veterinarian.
From then on, I applied myself to my studies and worked towards obtaining my doctorate from Université de Montréal in 1986, an internship (IPSAV) in Equine Medicine and Surgery in 1987, a Master degree in 1989 and additional training at the University of Guelph, Ontario, in 1990.
Every day I look forward to the challenges and pleasure that my equine practice gives me.
It is a pleasure to look after the health and well-being of your equine friend.
