HEALTH CARE

A complete physical exam will allow the veterinarian to verify your pet’s health status and regular vaccination and deworming are essential in maintaining health. You will find everything you need in our pharmacy in order to leave the hospital with all necessary treatments.

Should diagnostic tests be necessary, our on-site laboratory and x-ray machines allows our vets to rapidly and accurately identify your pet’s problem.

SURGERY & HOSPITALIZATION

We are a fully equipped vet hospital and offer surgery and hospitalization services should the need arise.

All surgeries are performed by qualified vets who are assisted by our trained animal health technicians. Our state-of-the art surgical monitoring equipment ensures that all anesthetic and surgical procedures are carried out safely.

We also promise rigorous pain management before, during and after procedures to keep your pet comfortable at all times.

DENTISTRY

Regular dental care, be it brushing the teeth at home or cleaning in clinic, are essential to your pet’s dental health. Our digital dental x-ray machine allows us to accurately diagnose dental disease below the gum line and determine whether any painful teeth need to be extracted.

RADIOLOGY

Full body and dental x-rays are helpful in diagnosing bone, teeth and soft tissue (heart, lungs, organs) diseases. These state-of-the-art machines allow rapid, on-site diagnosis and, should the need arise, the x-rays can be sent to a specialist for interpretation.

NUTRITION & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

A diet adapted to your pet’s life stage and health status may be recommended from our full range of high-quality pet foods. Our vets and animal health technicians are trained in animal nutrition and can therefore answer any questions you may have and assist you in choosing the best diet for your furry friend, either for a weight loss program or for maintenance. We also carry a full range of treats and food puzzles.

Animal Health technicians

Our experienced Animal Health Technicians will provide compassionate care to your four-legged friends. Our vet technicians are trained to answer any questions you may have about your pet’s care, health, nutrition or behaviour. They also offer basic grooming services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal sac expression, “Soft Paw” nail cap installation and microchipping. Our technicians are also in charge of our weight loss program and will be the happy faces you see first thing in the morning if you take advantage of our early morning drop-off service beginning at 7:30 AM.

Our technicians are backed by a team of devoted assistant-technicians and kennel assistants who will see to keeping your pet clean, comfortable and well-cared for during his or her stay with us.

HOUSE CALLS

We offer a house call service for pets that cannot come to our hospital, whether for an exam, for vaccinations or if you wish to say your final goodbye in the comfort of your home. Please call us for more information or if you wish to arrange an appointment.

BOARDING

Our hospital offers boarding for cats. For your pet’s safety, all vaccinations must be up to date to board with us. Please call to reserve, as space is limited.
